Job summary

Kiddie Academy of Hilliard is seeking a caring Pre‑K Teacher to nurture 3–5 year-olds in a safe, engaging, educational setting. This full-time, in-person role requires creating age-appropriate activities and maintaining a positive classroom environment.

Position Overview

Kiddie Academy of Hilliard is seeking a caring, energetic, and dedicated Pre‑K Teacher to join our team. This role focuses on nurturing the growth and development of children ages 3–5 in a safe, engaging, and educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Maintain open and professional communication with parents and staff
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
• Follow all state licensing guidelines and center policies

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working in a childcare setting
• Experience working with children ages 3 and older
• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Preferred (but not required)
