Your leadership will guide classroom activities, foster positive behavior, and support the holistic development of preschool children. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
  • Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction.
  • Manage daily classroom activities, including lesson planning, instructional delivery, and assessment of student progress through standardized testing and formative evaluations.
  • Foster positive behavior management strategies to promote respectful interactions and emotional regulation among children.
  • Collaborate with families to communicate student progress, address individual needs related to special education or early intervention programs, and support child welfare initiatives.
  • Supervise classroom staff and assistants to ensure effective classroom management and delivery of high-quality childcare services.
  • Maintain accurate records of student development, attendance, and lesson plans while ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and childcare standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, with a strong understanding of childhood development principles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across early childhood subjects such as literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori techniques.
  • Knowledge of special education practices and early intervention strategies to support diverse learning needs.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, staff, and community partners effectively.
  • Classroom management skills that foster a positive learning environment while maintaining safety and discipline.
  • Prior experience in preschool teaching or daycare management preferred; private school experience is a plus.
  • Certification in early childhood education or related fields; additional training in behavior management or child welfare is advantageous.
  • Ability to plan lessons that incorporate tutoring techniques and standardized testing assessments to monitor student progress.
