Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 2–3 years of care for school-age students preferred.
• Be a self-starter and perform duties with little supervision; dependable and patient.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning and build positive relationships with students.
• Support classroom lessons through one-on-one and small-group help.
• Monitor children in various settings to ensure safety and appropriate behavior.
• Assist with setup/cleanup of lunch and activity areas; keep spaces neat and orderly.
• Foster a positive environment encouraging cooperation, kindness, and respect.
• Support structured activities such as games, homework, crafts, or quiet reading.
• Oversee sign-in/sign-out procedures during arrivals/departures.
• Notify teachers or Care Services Manager of any behavioral concerns.
• Respond to accidents or emergencies following safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents.
• Uphold confidentiality and school policies.
