The York City School District is seeking a Pre-K Program Supervisor to lead the PA Pre-K Counts program under the Director of Early Childhood. You will ensure curriculum alignment, supervision of staff, compliance with OCDEL requirements, and ongoing program improvement.

Applicants should hold PA Administrative or Supervisory Certification and PA Early Childhood Education Certification, with strong experience in early childhood education and family engagement.

Formación

• Requires Pennsylvania Administrative or Supervisory Certification.
• Requires Pennsylvania Early Childhood Education Certification.
• Five years of experience in early childhood education preferred.
• Experience with Pennsylvania Pre-K Counts/OCDEL requirements preferred.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood curriculum, assessment, instruction, and family engagement.
• Act 34, Act 151, and FBI Clearances required (Self Paid).
• Drug screening and resume required (Self Paid).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day implementation of the PA Pre-K Counts program and OCDEL/PDE requirements.
• Coordinate state monitoring, reporting, documentation, and program compliance.
• Ensure the program's goals align with district early learning priorities.
• Attend required PA Pre-K Counts meetings and professional development.
• Meet regularly with Pre-K office staff to monitor program needs and progress.
