Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Meets Highly Qualified status (A.A. Degree, 48 credit hours, or Paraprofessional Assessment Test).
• Two years' experience in school setting or working with children or equivalent education/experience.
• Regular and predictable attendance; ability to perform essential functions with/without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with instructional activities.
• Maintain classroom organization and a positive learning environment.
• Assist with use of classroom equipment and materials.
• Supervise students during instructional/non-instructional activities.
• Provide information regarding child development to parents/child care providers.
