• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field is required.
• Must meet Georgia Lottery Pre-K certification requirements, and maintain Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must satisfy Bright from the Start, DECAL, and background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with GELDS.
• Foster early literacy, mathematics, science, social-emotional development, and school readiness.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and organized classroom.
• Monitor scholar progress through observation and assessment.
• Communicate regularly with families and collaborate with school leadership and teaching teams.
• Ensure all licensing, health, safety, and program standards are consistently met.
