Job summary

Child Development Schools is seeking a Georgia Pre-K Lead Teacher to supervise classroom activities and implement a nurturing, standards-aligned curriculum for ages six weeks to twelve years. You will monitor progress, adapt activities, and foster development with safeties and health guidelines in place.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and staff, ongoing professional growth, and living our commitment to quality early childhood education within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in ECE or related field with ECE credentials.
• Pass a background check and demonstrate child-centered approach.
• Strong communication and adaptability to community needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee classroom activities aligned with GA Dept of Early Care and Learning standards.
• Design and implement learning experiences across physical, social-emotional, cognitive and creative domains.
• Regularly assess progress and tailor curriculum to individual needs, including for disabilities.
• Uphold health, safety, hygiene, food handling and supervision protocols.
