Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee a positive learning environment under the classroom teacher's direction.
• Assist the teacher with daily learning experiences aligned with grade-level practices and district mission.
• Collaborate with the teacher to inform curricular planning and instructional decisions.
• Assist with providing unique accommodations for identified students.
• Promote a safe, secure, and healthy learning environment.
• Provide individualized instruction to students and small groups in reading and mathematics.
• Monitor student progress and communicate成果 to the teacher.
