Qualifications

• Candidates should have an associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields.
• Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred.
• Must meet state licensing and GSRP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing daily lessons.
• Assist in observing and assessing children’s development.
• Help maintain a safe and organized classroom.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Participate in family engagement activities and professional development.
