Qualifications

• Associate's degree in social work, human services, family services, counseling or related field is required.
• Credentials or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling or related field are required.
• Prior successful work experience with children, families, and/or community agencies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide family and community partnership services to support program delivery.
• Assist with enrollment, attendance monitoring, and outreach for families.
• Serve as liaison between families and staff to address concerns and connect with resources.
• Assist with planning and delivering parent and family engagement activities.
• Visit classrooms weekly to support collaboration and communication with staff and families.
• Maintain compliance with policies and mandated reporting requirements.
