Job summary

Responsive Education Solutions is seeking a Family Engagement Coordinator to lead the development and oversight of Prekindergarten family involvement initiatives that align with TEA requirements and district goals.

You will collaborate with families, schools, and community providers to promote enrollment, share resources, and support children's transition to kindergarten, using Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media to create engaging materials.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of early childhood education, Texas Prekindergarten requirements, family engagement practices, and program compliance.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies that increase enrollment, family engagement, and program participation.
• Strong relationship-building skills with families, community partners, childcare providers, and district staff.
• Ability to analyze data and use findings to support continuous improvement, enrollment growth, and program effectiveness.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with technology platforms and digital tools used for communication, marketing, data management, and program support.
• Ability to create engaging marketing, recruitment, and promotional materials using programs such as Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, social media platforms, and other digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive family engagement plan for Prekindergarten programs.
• Coordinate family engagement events, workshops, and activities that promote school readiness, student success, and family involvement.
• Increase family participation through ongoing outreach and relationship-building efforts.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for families regarding Pre-K enrollment, participation, and support services.
• Create and distribute family engagement resources and materials.
