Job summary

The JOY FM in Georgia is seeking an after-school program assistant to supervise children and support enrichment activities from 2pm to 6pm. You will help with cleanup, supervise safely, and guide children through engaging activities with a focus on a positive environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with strong communication and teamwork skills, and certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Fire Safety preferred.

Qualifications

• Dependable, patient, and enjoys working with children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• At least 18 years old.
• CPR, First Aid, and Fire Safety certifications preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• 2pm–6pm schedule; occasional full-time hours when school is not in session.
