Qualifications

• Hold an associates degree or higher; OR 48 hours of college coursework; OR pass the ETS Para-Pro Assessment.
• Working computer knowledge.

• Able to work with small groups of students to reinforce skills, answer questions, provide constructive academic feedback.
• Must be a positive role model for young children.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions.
• Establish effective schedule and work routines.
• Able to work under the direction of a certified teacher and complete assigned duties.
