Child Development Services (CDS) is seeking Educational Technicians to support preschool children with developmental disabilities at the Lewiston site. Roles involve supervising groups, delivering planned activities, and collaborating with teachers and case managers to support inclusion and learning.
Positions offer 30 hours per week year-round with potential travel; applicants must have a Maine Ed Tech certification and pass criminal history checks.
We are currently looking for qualified, dedicated Educational Technicians or all levels to teach and support preschool children with disabilities, to prepare them for Kindergarten and beyond!
We have 30 hour per week, calendar year positions with our CDS First Step site in Lewiston. Travel may be required. There are Part B Early Childhood Special Ed positions helping children ages 3-5 in preschool and childcare settings.
The Educational Technician will provide instruction to children identified with developmental disabilities under the direction of a teacher. Experience working with preschool populations and working with a multidisciplinary team is preferred. A current Ed Tech certification and a criminal history check are required.
