This PreK Counts Teacher position is available at Bright Horizons at Sound Start, located at 2970 Market Street, in Philadelphia, PA. A $2,000 hiring incentive is offered for this position and will be paid out after 100 days of employment!

As a Child Care Teacher, you will:




  • Create and lead activities based on your observations of the children's interests and needs.




  • Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child's day.




  • Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.




Requirements:


Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:




  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required




  • BA in Early Childhood Education or a related field required




  • At least 1 year of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool or PreK Counts preferred; experience with special education is strongly preferred.

Compensation Range: $17.50 - $21.35 / hr
