Job summary

Magic Memories seeks a Lead Pre-K Counts Teacher to create a nurturing learning environment for children in Norristown, PA. You will ensure health, safety, and supervision while delivering developmentally appropriate activities and fostering growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required for eligibility.
• Level I ECE Teaching Certificate required.
• Minimum 2 years of childcare experience.
• Strong communication, teaching and interpersonal skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health, safety, and supervision of children at all times.
• Maintain classroom ratios and supervision standards.
• Support a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
• Assist planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities.
• Lead activities such as storytime, centers, music, and play-based learning.
• Encourage children to follow classroom rules and routines.
• Monitor children’s development and progress.
• Communicate professionally with parents and leadership.
• Uphold Magic Memories policies, procedures, and core values.

Education

Level I Early Childhood Education Teaching Certificate
