Job summary

Magic Memories in Collegeville, PA is hiring Lead Childcare Teachers (Preschool & Floater) for immediate openings. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, plus opportunities for CDA pathway advancement and comprehensive benefits.

You will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging learning environment, maintaining classroom ratios, planning activities, leading storytime and centers, and communicating with families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Early Childhood Education (infant, toddler, or preschool age).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred. Candidates with a High School Diploma are also considered; pay will vary based on experience.
• CDA Pathway: $0.50/hour increase upon CDA enrollment, with an additional $0.50/hour after completion.

About the Role

As a Lead Teacher, you will play an important role in creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children. You will help guide children's growth while building strong relationships with families and colleagues.

Position Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Early Childhood Education (infant, toddler, or preschool age).
• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred. Candidates with a High School Diploma are also considered; pay will vary based on experience.
  • $20.00–$22.50/hour based on experience and education. Starting rate of $20.00/hour for candidates with an AA in Early Childhood Education (ECE). Candidates with less education may qualify at a different starting rate.
• CDA Pathway: $0.50/hour increase upon CDA enrollment, with an additional $0.50/hour after completion.
