Magic Memories is seeking Lead Infant and Toddler Teachers in Collegeville, PA for immediate openings. The role emphasizes creating a safe, engaging classroom and building strong relationships with families and colleagues.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, a pathway toward CDA, competitive wages of $20.00–$22.50/hour based on education and experience, and a $1,000–$3,000 hiring bonus depending on role and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Early Childhood Education (infant, toddler, or preschool age).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred. Candidates with a High School Diploma are also considered; pay will vary based on experience.
• CDA Pathway: $0.50/hour increase upon CDA enrollment, with an additional $0.50/hour after completion.

About the Role

As a Lead Teacher, you will play an important role in creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children. You will help guide children's growth while building strong relationships with families and colleagues.

Our teachers help create a positive classroom culture while supporting children's emotional, social, and developmental needs.

Position Requirements & Qualifications

  • $20.00–$22.50/hour based on experience and education. Starting rate of $20.00/hour for candidates with an AA in Early Childhood Education (ECE). Candidates with less education may qualify at a different starting rate.
• CDA Pathway: $0.50/hour increase upon CDA enrollment, with an additional $0.50/hour after completion.
