Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Active enrollment toward Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, with completion plans and submission of grades.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing instructional programs meeting the developmental needs of children.
• Support Pre-K program recruitment and parent involvement events.
• Assist teachers during home visits and parent–teacher conferences.
• Prepare and organize instructional materials; supervise children in class and on field trips.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings and collaborate with the team.
