Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a Pre-K Childcare Site Director for our Before and After School Programs at Elsinboro Township School in Salem, NJ for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time role follows the school calendar and offers morning and/or afternoon hours.

You'll lead program quality, manage staff, and ensure safety and engagement for children ages 3-12 while providing exceptional care and communication with families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience working with children in a school, childcare, camp, or youth program setting.
• 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with before- and after-school program environments a plus.
• Calm, flexible, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Program quality: Kids are engaged, safe, and having fun every day; the program reflects Healthy Kids Program’s model and families consistently choose to re-enroll.
• Staffing: The site is fully staffed every day; teachers are prepared, supported, and showing up for the kids.
• Compliance: The site operates in ratio at all times; records are accurate and current; the program is ready for inspection on any given day.
• Inventory: The site is well-stocked with the supplies and materials teachers need; nothing runs out mid-week; restocking happens before it becomes a problem.
