Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a Pre‑K Childcare Assistant for our Before and After School Program at Arlington Central School District for the 2026–2027 school year. This part-time, non-exempt role follows the school calendar, with opportunities for morning, afternoon, or both shifts.

Responsibilities include facilitating hands-on activities, providing a safe, engaging environment, and supporting program operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, OR at least 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
• Required health clearance, including TB screening, per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and homework support.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and engaging environment and model positive behavior for children.
• Follow state guidelines, program policies, and host school rules.
• Support program operations, such as attendance, registration, and staffing.
