Work directly with individuals and small groups to reinforce concepts introduced by the lead teacher.
Assist in preparing instructional materials, setting up learning centers, and maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe environment.
Help the lead teacher observe and document student progress using early learning assessment tools.
Assist students with personal care routines, meals, and transitions.
Encourage parental involvement and maintain strict confidentiality regarding student information.
