Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated staff to support teachers in implementing curriculum and ensuring Pre-K compliance. You will help create safe, nurturing environments for children and partner with families to deliver high-quality care.

You will collaborate with center teams to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals while building relationships with local authorities and partners to support our mission across communities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and communicate clearly with parents.
• Meet state-specific Pre-K guidelines for the role.
• Be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency and ensure children's safety during activities.
• Be able to read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with the implementation of KinderCare's curriculum and state Pre-K requirements, in a way that suits each child's needs; create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success by collaborating with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
