KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking motivated staff to support teachers with curriculum delivery and adherence to state Pre-K requirements. You will help create a safe, engaging environment and partner with families to foster the best care and education for children.

Join our team to work with center staff across communities, helping to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
• Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency and lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with the implementation of KinderCare's curriculum and state Pre-K requirements; create a safe, nurturing environment for children.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Meet state-specific Pre-K guidelines for the role.
• Be physically able to work indoors or outdoors, and to engage with children safely.
