Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication with families.
• Ability to support curriculum implementation and follow state Pre-K requirements.
• Ability to monitor and ensure children's safety while using a computer.
• Comfortable engaging in physical activities with children and maintaining safety.
• Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills for parent communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with implementing KinderCare's curriculum and Pre-K requirements.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and family engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
