Job summary

KinderCare Education is hiring to support teachers and center staff across our nationwide network. You will assist with curriculum implementation, ensure safety, and partner with families to provide high-quality early education.

You will work with a dedicated team to help centers meet enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals while building strong relationships with the community.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Meet state specific Pre-K guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency and engage in physical activity with children.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with the implementation of KinderCare's curriculum and state Pre-K requirements, creating a safe, nurturing environment for children.
• Partner with parents who share a desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center’s success by collaborating with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
