Job summary

BrightPath Kids is hiring full-time classroom support staff to ensure the safety and supervision of children from 6 weeks to 12 years. You will assist teachers, decorate classrooms as needed, and maintain a welcoming, clean environment that encourages growth and exploration.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask while meeting state criteria for childcare employment. Training provided; evenings and weekends are not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks – 12 years.
• Assist teachers with instruction in the classroom.
• Decorate inside and outside of classrooms as needed.
• Maintain a warm, safe, clean environment for growth and exploration.
• Interact with children to encourage participation in activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about their child.
