Job summary

KinderCare is seeking an Assistant to support teachers in implementing the curriculum and state Pre-K requirements, creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn through play.

You will partner with parents to ensure the best care and education for children, and work with center staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals while building strong relationships with families and community partners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills.
• Knowledge of state Pre-K guidelines and requirements.
• Ability to use a computer with basic proficiency.
• Ability to engage in physical activity with children while keeping them safe.
• Proficient reading, writing, speaking, and understanding of English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with implementing KinderCare's curriculum and State Pre-K requirements.
• Partner with parents to support the best care and education for their children.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement with staff and leadership.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and partners.
