Job summary

Qualifications

• Provide outstanding customer service to families and children.
• Meet state Pre-K guidelines for the role.
• Be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift up to 40 lbs, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with KinderCare curriculum implementation and Pre-K requirements.
• Partner with parents to provide quality care and education for children.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners.
