You will partner with families and center staff to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, while building strong relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners across the network.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Meet state-specific Pre-K guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency and engage with children.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with the implementation of KinderCare's curriculum and state Pre-K requirements, creating a safe, nurturing environment for children.
• Partner with parents who want the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
