• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, communities, and partners.
• Meet state Pre-K guidelines for the role.
• Be physically able to use a computer, lift 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Sustain postures at low levels to maintain visual contact with children for safety.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
