Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy in New Jersey is seeking an enthusiastic Pre-K Assistant Teacher to join our growing preschool community. You’ll help create an engaging classroom where children can explore, ask questions, and discover.

You will design hands-on lessons that prepare students for kindergarten and beyond, while fostering strong relationships with families. The role supports each child’s social, emotional, and academic growth and requires teamwork in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Associates degree required.
• At least 6 months of experience working in childcare.
• A passion for early childhood education and helping children learn and grow.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build a positive classroom environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
