Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Pre-K Assistant Teacher to join our growing preschool community. As part of our Early Childhood Education division, you will help create a nurturing environment where children explore and learn through play.

You’ll design hands-on lessons, support social and emotional growth, and collaborate with families to ensure each child makes steady progress toward kindergarten readiness. We value teamwork and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Associates degree required.
• At least 6 months of experience working in childcare.
• A passion for early childhood education and helping children learn and grow.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build a positive classroom environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
