Responsibilities

• Co-teach and build an engaging classroom environment with joyful learning.

• Facilitate free-choice centers and small group instruction with the teaching team.
• Meet weekly with the director to analyze student work samples and assessments.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs.
• Support school culture through data-informed decisions and ongoing collaboration.
