Uncommon Schools seeks Pre‑K teachers who cultivate a love for learning from the start. You will co‑teach with a lead and apprentice, delivering literacy, math, science, and social studies while fostering curiosity, respect, and empathy.

You’ll analyze student data weekly to tailor instruction and support diverse learners in a nurturing classroom culture. You’ll partner with families, participate in professional development, and contribute to a safe, engaging environment aligned with CARE values

Responsabilidades

• Co-teach and create engaging, joyful classrooms focusing on mastery through play.
• Teach literacy, math, science, and social studies with core aims.
• Collaborate with lead and apprentice teachers for small groups and centers.
• Meet weekly with the Director to analyze trends in student work and tailor instruction.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learners.
• Support a nurturing classroom culture and data-informed decisions.
• Assist with behavior interventions and safe, structured learning environments.
• Provide coverage and build strong relationships with students and families.
• Engage in weekly school-wide meetings and collaborative goal setting.
