Learning Care Group is seeking a GSRP Aide in Michigan to support Lead and Associate Teachers in preparing children for Kindergarten and beyond by helping create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.

You will assist with daily routines, meals, transitions, and activities while following licensing and center guidelines. A high school diploma or GED is required; early childhood coursework or experience is preferred.
