Job summary

Learning Care is seeking a GSRP Aide in Michigan to support lead teachers in preparing children for Kindergarten within Michigan's state-funded Pre-K program. You will help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment while promoting curiosity and love of learning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred (early childhood coursework or experience ok).
• A passion for helping children learn and grow.
• Dependability, energy, and a collaborative spirit are essential.
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom routines and help with daily activities, meals, and transitions.
• Follow licensing, grant, and center guidelines to ensure health and safety of all children.
• Assist with classroom setup, organization, and maintaining a clean learning space.
• Build positive relationships with children and help implement fun, age-appropriate activities.
