Learning Care is seeking a GSRP Aide in Michigan to support Lead and Associate Teachers in preparing four-year-olds for Kindergarten. You’ll help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment and contribute to a strong early learning program.

You will assist with daily routines, maintain a clean space, and build positive relationships with children. A high school diploma or GED is required and a passion for helping children grow is essential.
