Learning Care is seeking a GSRP Aide in Michigan to support Lead and Associate Teachers and create a safe, engaging classroom environment.

You will help with routines, meals, transitions, and age-appropriate activities while building positive relationships with children.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; early childhood coursework or experience preferred.

• Support classroom routines and help with daily activities, meals, and transitions.
• Follow licensing, grant, and center guidelines to ensure health and safety of all children.

• Build positive relationships with children and help implement fun, age-appropriate activities.
