Learning Care Group invites you to join a caring team supporting the Great Start Readiness Program in Michigan. As a GSRP Aide, you will assist Lead and Associate Teachers to create a safe, engaging classroom environment and help children prepare for Kindergarten.

We value a high school diploma or GED, a passion for children, dependability, energy, and teamwork. The role requires the ability to work indoors and outdoors with children and participate in activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; early childhood coursework or experience preferred.
• Passion for helping children learn and grow.
• Dependability, energy, and a collaborative spirit.
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom routines and help with daily activities, meals, and transitions.
• Follow licensing, grant, and center guidelines to ensure health and safety of all children.
• Assist with classroom setup, organization, and maintaining a clean learning space.
• Build positive relationships with children and help implement fun, age-appropriate activities.
