Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive tax experience
• Strong partnership taxation and ASC 740 expertise
• Pre-IPO and/or Up-C structure experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's outsourced tax function and help shape tax strategy for IPO readiness
• Collaborate with executive leadership on complex tax matters and strategic initiatives
• Manage relationships with external tax advisers and serve as the internal tax subject matter expert
• Drive tax technology, processes, and controls to support growth and IPO readiness
