The role offers strategic influence, high-impact scope, and the ability to influence tax infrastructure within a fast-growing energy company. Experience with pre-IPO structures and ASC 740 is highly valued.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive tax experience
• Strong partnership taxation and ASC 740 expertise
• Pre-IPO and/or Up-C structure experience highly preferred

This is a highly strategic role with responsibility for overseeing the company's outsourced tax function and helping shape its tax strategy as it prepares for a potential IPO.
