Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in U.S. corporate taxation.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Ability to influence and partner with Finance, Legal, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive the strategic direction of the U.S. tax function in alignment with enterprise priorities and growth objectives.
• Provide oversight of U.S. tax compliance, tax accounting and financial reporting activities.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing U.S. tax team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Act as a trusted business partner to Finance, Legal, Treasury and business leadership.
• Provide leadership on identification, assessment and mitigation of U.S. tax risks and governance.
