• High School diploma or GED and 1–2 years related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and write correspondence.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Forklift certification, depending on branch requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare components for assembly by reading tickets and gathering materials.
• Assemble millwork products, including exterior and interior door units.
• Operate machinery and inspect quality throughout the process.
• Maintain a clean, safe production area and assist with maintenance.
