The role emphasizes attention to detail, safety compliance, and the ability to operate saws and pneumatic tools while maintaining quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 1–2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and memos; write clearly.
• Ability to lift 75–100 pounds and operate warehouse tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare components for assembly per the work tickets.
• Assemble units including doors per specifications.
• Operate tools such as chop saw, table saw, router, and nail/screw guns.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area; perform routine tool maintenance.
• Cross-train to other stations along the line.
