The Independence Seekers Project in Louisville, KY is seeking an ISP Pre-ETS Systems Coordinator VISTA to build the operational and educational infrastructure for Pre-Employment Transition Services, enabling low-income disabled youth to gain employment skills and independence.

You will research workforce barriers to author a disability employment toolkit, design parent workshops, and formalize partnerships with Kentucky school districts and host sites.

Qualifications

• Conduct literature reviews on disability employment barriers.
• Design educational curricula and Lunch and Learn modules for parents/guardians.
• Establish outreach frameworks and partnership templates with Kentucky school districts.
• Develop replicable program tools, toolkits, and referral pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct literature reviews on disability employment barriers to author a research-backed toolkit.
• Design educational workshop curricula and Lunch and Learn modules for parents and guardians.
• Establish outreach frameworks and formal partnership templates with Kentucky school districts and internship hosts.
• Formalize referral pipelines with at least three school districts and two internship hosts.
