Job summary

La Mesa RV in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Pre-Delivery Coordinator to ensure every unit is properly prepped, cleaned, and delivered with a WOW experience.

You will coordinate PDIs, QC checks, repairs, and customer communications, working closely with Sales and Finance to keep deliveries on schedule and customers satisfied.

The role requires high school education, strong organization, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment screenings including background checks.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Recondition and delivery of all inventory, maintaining Recon tracking log and Sales Tub report.
• Know status of units being prepped for delivery, reconditioned and PDI’d.
• Track and maintain a log of all work in process.
