• Proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling software (MS Project/Primavera), estimating tools.

Duties&Responsibilities:

Pre-ConstructionPlanning&Coordination:

• Leadpre-constructioneffortsforsolarEPC(Engineering,Procurement&Construction)projectsfromconceptthroughcontractexecution.
• Collaboratewithdevelopment,estimating,design,permitting,procurement,andoperationsteamstocoordinateearly-phaseprojectactivities.
• ReviewsolarPVdesignsforconstructability,cost,andscheduleimplications.

Estimating&Budgeting:

• Developandmanagepreliminarybudgetsanddetailedcostestimates.
• Coordinatewithinternalestimatingteamsandsubcontractorstovalidatescope,pricing,andrisk.
• Supportvalueengineeringandcost-savingstrategies.

Scheduling:

• Establishandmaintainprojectmilestoneschedules.
• Workwithprojectteamstodevelopcriticalpathandresource-loadedschedules.

Permitting&RegulatoryCoordination:

• SupportentitlementandpermittingeffortsbyworkingwithAHJs,utilities,andlocalagencies.
• UnderstandChicagolandandIllinois-specificsolarregulationsandincentiveprograms(e.g.,IPA,CEJA,etc.).

Subcontractor&VendorEngagement:

• Identifyandengagequalifiedsolar-specificsubcontractorsandsuppliers.
• Supportbidsolicitationsandreviewscopesofworkforalignmentwithprojectneeds.

BusinessDevelopment:

• Participateinclientmeetings,presentations,andRFPresponsesastechnicalsupport.
• Preparepre-constructiondeliverables,presentations,andreportsforinternalandexternalstakeholders.

Qualifications:
