Job summary

Fluidstack seeks a seasoned Construction Lead for pre-construction of large-scale GPU data center projects. You will liaison between Real Estate, Design Engineering, Procurement and Construction to scale to multiple gigawatts while maintaining safety, cost, and schedule.

You’ll drive constructability reviews, evaluate site conditions, develop scope packages and manage GC pre-construction services, with emphasis on high-density power and liquid cooling. Equity and growth await the right candidate.

• Performed constructability reviews of electrical, mechanical, structural, and civil designs.
• Conducted site due diligence and translated findings into schedule and budget.
• Developed scope packages and managed GC pre-construction services.

• Lead pre-construction for large-scale GPU data center projects, coordinating between Real Estate, Design Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
• Run constructability reviews on electrical, mechanical, structural, and civil designs with focus on high-density power and liquid cooling.
• Perform site evaluations and translate requirements into schedule, budget, and delivery plans.
• Develop construction scope packages and RFPs, manage GC pre-construction services and negotiations.
