Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 5+ years of residential construction or pre-construction management experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple departments or teams.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, estimating, purchasing, permitting, and CAD processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management software, estimating software, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for CAD, Estimating, Purchasing, and Permitting departments.
• Establish and improve processes to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Foster teamwork and continuous improvement across departments.
• Promote collaboration between Pre-Construction, Construction, Sales, Development, and Warranty teams.
